- Check the App Store for an update to Car Coloring: Paint Garage.
- Close the app and reopen it.
- If the problem continues, email us with your iPhone or iPad model, iOS version, app version if available, and the steps that caused the problem.
Your model and iOS version are shown in Settings → General → About. The installed app version is usually shown in Settings → General → iPhone Storage → Car Coloring. On iPad, use iPad Storage.
Keep your pictures safe. Do not delete and reinstall the app to troubleshoot before exporting pictures you want to keep. Drawings are stored locally, and deleting the app can remove them.
Restore Full Garage Unlock
Full Garage Unlock is a single purchase. It is not a subscription and does not renew. To restore it, open Parents → Restore purchases in the app while signed in to the same Apple Account used for the purchase. An internet connection may be needed.
If restoring does not work, check your Apple purchase history and contact us with the error message. Never send your Apple password, verification codes or payment-card details.
Purchase or refund questions
Apple processes App Store payments. You can review a purchase or request a refund through Apple’s Report a Problem service. Refund eligibility is determined by Apple.
